You earn 5% of the realized gross margin on every eligible collected deal. This is calculated on the margin — not the raw invoice total.
Proportional payouts
If a client pays in installments, your commission is released proportionally. 50% collected = 50% of your commission unlocked. You never wait for a full payment to start earning.
6-month repeat-order rule
Once a client places their first paid order, you remain attributed for 6 months. Any repeat orders within that window earn you full commission automatically.
No payment on unpaid deals
Commission is only earned on collected amounts. Unpaid invoices, cancelled deals, and disputed transactions do not generate commission until resolved.
No lead bonus
There is no fee for introducing a contact. The program rewards closed, paid business — not speculative introductions.
EUR payouts
All commissions and payouts are denominated in Euros. Payout history and status are always visible in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?+
Commissions are approved for payout once client payments are received and verified. Payouts are processed batch by batch — you will see approved commissions in your dashboard before they are paid.
What happens if the client pays in installments?+
Your commission is released proportionally. If the client pays 40% of an invoice, you earn 40% of the corresponding commission. The remainder is earned as additional payments come in.
What happens if the same client orders again?+
Repeat orders from an attributed client remain credited to you for 6 months from the date of the first successful paid order. You continue to earn commission on those repeat deals automatically.
Do I get paid just for introducing a lead?+
No. The program is commission-based — not lead-fee-based. You earn only when a deal is concluded and payment is collected. This ensures alignment between your work and real business outcomes.
What if a deal is cancelled or refunded?+
If a deal is cancelled, voided, or refunded, the corresponding commission is cancelled or adjusted accordingly. Only collected, non-refunded amounts generate commission.
What is "realized gross margin"?+
It is the commercially realized gross margin attributable to the collected portion of the deal, excluding VAT and shipping. It represents the actual value Timzad retains from the transaction.
Can I work with clients from any country?+
You can work with buyers in any country where Timzad operates commercially. Your target markets are confirmed during onboarding. Certain restricted regions may not qualify.
What is expected from me as a Sales Agent?+
You are expected to identify and introduce qualified B2B buyers, support the commercial relationship, help clients submit accurate RFQs, and maintain professional conduct in all communications.
