Controller and ownership
Smartinia DZ in Oran, Algeria operates Timzad and controls the company, buyer, quotation, and operational data required to run the platform and its regional commercial workflows.
Data we collect
Timzad stores account credentials, company legal information, contact details, RFQ content, quotation data, product interactions, and operational audit records required to run a controlled B2B marketplace for verified trade activity.
How data is used
The platform uses submitted data to review onboarding requests, enforce country and account controls, route requests internally, prepare quotations, manage product availability, and maintain operational accountability across sales, support, catalog, and operations teams.
Internal access and accountability
Administrative and staff access is permission-controlled. Internal actions such as approvals, status changes, assignments, and workflow updates are logged for accountability and service continuity.
Infrastructure and service providers
Timzad uses PostgreSQL/Neon for application data, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, and Resend for outbound transactional email. These services are used only to support the operational workflow of the platform.
Data accuracy and retention
Buyer companies are responsible for keeping legal, tax, and contact details accurate. Timzad retains operational records, quotations, and audit history as needed for commercial follow-up, compliance visibility, and platform administration.
